The Atlanta History Center provided great information regarding – what else – Atlanta's history. The "Metropolitan Frontiers" permanent exhibit was an excellent way to learn of the birth of the great city and the changes since then. Eating at the Coca-Cola Café felt just as it would have fifty years ago at the local diner. (Note: Don't eat during peak lunchtimes or you'll be standing in a very long line.) The Swan House was a beautiful throwback to a long-gone era, though my husband and I were disappointed that the tour was of an empty house since the original furniture was removed due to reconstruction. We also felt that the admission fees at $12 per person were a little overpriced.
