“Coca Cola Family Friendly”
Reviewed August 29, 2010

We visited the attraction on 8/10 during our recent summer vacation. We enjoyed a great fun experience while learning some history. Tour was done by an enthusiastic young woman. Overall a great attraction for families.

“Interesting - take your time!”
Reviewed August 25, 2010

We went through the NEW World of Coca Cola in mid-August. A few words of advice to start... take your time... and don't go on a Saturday. Museum is situated near downtown, next to the aquarium. There are deals to be had with multiple attractions, but we only wanted to see the World of CocaCola. We were hoping the fountain of coke that flew through the room survived the renovations, but it did not. We did enjoy the history section of the tour, with some very interesting exhibits, also the 4D theatre was great. The production line was pretty neat, and the sampling room was a blast for my 11 year old. A very good time, worth the entry fee, just avoid a saturday... very very busy. Parking was $10 or $15, be sure to pay at the stairwell kiosks. Entry fee for two adults and an 11 year old was around $45 total. The history of how the recipie was founded, who did what to make coke what it is and the great memorabilia were a treat.

“Fun and worth trying all the Coca Cola flavors in the world”
Reviewed August 15, 2010

Our three teenager boys loved the place: the advertising signs, the embottling display, the advertising movies , the 4D movie and above all tasting all the flavors of Coca Cola Company around the world . We really spend a good time there around an iconic brand.
Bad: the waiting lines are messy ; They could learn from Disney on that matter...

“Set up to handle large crowds safely and appropriately”
Reviewed August 11, 2010

We went on a very busy Saturday. The aquarium was completely overrun by crowds. World of Coke, however, had a good system in place. Crowds waited in a shaded line. 120 people at a time were escorted from the line thru security check and then waited in front of the lobby (without shade) for approx. 5 minutes. We were then moved to an a/c'd lobby where guide maps, bathroom breaks, and pics could be taken. Some people were allowed to enter the lobby early and wait for their party to join them because they were about to have a heat stroke. Kudos to the staff for recognizing those individuals and making adjustments to prevent medical emergencies. After waiting in the lobby for approx 10 minutes, we then moved to a tiered area full of memorabilia where a VERY upbeat and informative guide explained the most interesting pieces and quizzed the audience. This lasts less then 10 min before moving on to a theater show. The show also takes about 10 min. After that the group is released into the WoCC and allowed to roam freely. By staggering the groups like this, it kept the crowds much more manageable. We loved the tasting area, tho it is probably the most crowded (and sticky). The free souvenir bottle of cola, bottled at WoCC was a very nice surprise. My only complaint is that there wasn't an express line for city pass. Our city pass book didn't come with an actual ticket, but instead a voucher that had to be exchanged at the ticket booth..so we essentially waited in two lines.

“We loved it!”
Reviewed August 7, 2010

My hubby and I went to the World of Coca-Cola on our city pass (and we were really glad to bypass the long line!) The 4D theater is super fun! Do not miss it you will laugh so hard! The whole experience is really fun. There is lots of memorabilia and you can take pictures of everything. The Coke bear came out to take pictures with a professional photographer at his side and I thought we would have to pay to get a picture, but they posed us and the photgrapher took a photo and then offered to take one with our camera. I was really happy with the experience and we enjoyed the flavor stations! IT's a lot of fun! My only caution is to but your tickets ahead of time or get a city pass!
