This is something neat to see. It has all kinds of memorabilia of anything coca-cola. At the end you can sample all of the different cokes from various places around the world and they give you a free bottle of coke on the way out. It has a nice gift shop as well and very friendly staff!

This attraction is like a mall-museum experience. The lobby was very attractive, they give you a welcome speech and a movie, but once you pass that part your bubble gets burst by the white plain building you enter to. You can have your picture taken with the Polar bear or the characters of the Factory movie.

Once we passed the movie part we started to dislike it. There was chaos everywhere and not enough staff to guide people. We could not tell where the line for picture taking was, there were very few seats and it felt so crowded the whole time. We say the ads theatre, which was nice and seats there were comfortable, but again, the crowds seemed out of control and no staff was around that we decided not to see the 4D movie. The bottling machine was broken so we could not experience how they do "the real thing." We liked the "taste it!" area, is well lit but I noticed they advertised some drinks they supposedly sell in my home country that I actually have never seen there, and this made me wonder about the other drinks from other countries too.

The souvenir store did not have enough cashiers so we gave up our souvenirs and left. Overall we felt dissappointed because we have consumed coca cola products our entire lives and we felt Coca Cola could not care much about having a decent place to visit. The areas did not seem very well defined as for adults or for kids. It seems that their attraction concept is still developing, which makes it confusing and, in our experience, unpleasant.

I expected more from this visit. After waiting in a long line (even after I booked my tickets in advance), the visitors were squeezed into a small room filled with memorabilia. The tour guide gave a 8minute background on the origins of Coke and released us into the main exhibit. Unfortunately, the only part of the visit I enjoyed was the first 8 minutes. I wished they would have allowed the visitors more time to look at the memorabilia. Overall, an interest in Coke will not be enough to make this visit pleasant. You have to bring along your sweet tooth.

My husband and I are in our 60's. We visited with our daughter and three grandchildren, ages 6, 10, and 14. We all enjoyed it. The kids enjoyed the tasting part more than anything. We enjoyed the nostalgia of all the coke history and artifacts. The coca cola bear was so cute!! It was a nice way to spend 2 hrs. We all we glad we went to see it.

This is our first time here. We have two small kids and it was great. Hot waiting in line to go in. Bought tickets online. Long lines and it was crazy where you go in and taste the coke. Also, a little pricey! Something you have to do once
