This is not the first time we have stayed here. It's just like coming home when we park the car and walk up the drive. They always remember us and make us feel special. I'm sure they don't but every staff member seems to want to make your stay special. Maybe they do because it always seems to be the same staff so I guess they enjoy it as well. It really is a place to relax in what I call luxury ~ not opulent luxury ~ just calm and tranquility. If that is what you want then Molino gives it to you. A real get away from it all break,

In a beautiful mountain setting and accessible by train as well as by car, this country inn is first class in every respect - accommodations, dining, amenities including a lovely pool and garden, activities - especially hiking, and trips into nearby Ronda. Everything is well maintained and well cared for, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

We had five wonderful nights in this exceptional hotel. It was a perfect base for a quiet holiday. We drove through the most picturesque scenery with breath taking views and beautiful villages. The nearby caves were fascinating-an unspoilt attraction. Easter activities in Ronda and other nearby towns were amazing. The hotel was the star of the week. The service was faultless, the menu was full of locally sourced ingredients and the best wine from nearby vineyards. You feel every detail in the hotel has been given careful consideration, from the artwork on the walls to the contents of the mini fridge. A big bonus was the laundry service which means you don't have a load of washing when you get home. The only disappointment was that the local train station was closed while we were there but it must be open again by now so we are planning the next visit by train.

If any of you holiday makers are hesitant about booking at Molino del Santo then look no further!

If you are looking for a super relaxing holiday and you have an interest in walking, bird watching, eating, reading and swimming then you'll not be disappointed with this charming and chillaxing sun trap in the mountains.

The staff at Molino are very friendly and accomodating. The rooms are spotless and the garden and pool are wonderful. The light scent of Jasmine and the rushing of the adjacent river provide the backdrop and sound track to your experience at Molino.

I loved my time at Molino and I'll definately be returning with my friends shortly!

Our short break here was fabulous. It's an unpretentious but luxurious hotel, shaded by fig trees, by the side of a rock-strewn river. Great food, both full meals and tapas, and a good wine list. Friendly and helpful staff, good comfortable kingsize beds. It's close to Ronda - there's even a local train - and within easy reach of a National Park, so the walking's good, if you want that. If you like city-centre corporate pampering, it's not for you. This is about character and individuality.
We seldom return to places we've been, but we'll be coming back here, for sure.

Friendly welcome from the owners and staff. Local information readily obtained. Pleasant atmosphere in dining room helped all guests to enjoy good food and share the day's experieces. Interesting selection of local wines. Really excellent breakfasts, including a daily hot dish, fresh fruit, fruit salad, and yoghourts. Welcoming log fire in lounge helped relaxation. Good walks from the doorstep. Will certainly return as soon as possible.

We stayed at the Molino del Santo for 3 nights. The setting was perfect; whitewashed walls, a stream with cascading waterfalls all along the side of the hotel, colorful flowers and many seating areas to enjoy a coffee or a beer and read a book. It felt like a place out of time where we would gladly have remained for many more days if we could have. The restaurant serves excellent food and the service was friendly and helpful. The location, in a small 'white town' very close to Ronda, was peaceful and beautiful. It is only about 4 kilometers from the Cueva de la Pileta which is worth seeing as it has 10, 20 and 30,000 year old cave paintings in very large and beautiful caverns. If we ever get back to the Ronda area, we will definitely stay there again.
