Molino del Santo was beautiful. I was here with my Fiance, family and friends for my daughters wedding in September. The garden was perfect for the wedding ceremony. Everything went to plan, the setting was just lovely. The staff were so helpful, it seemed nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious. We ate at the hotel most of the time and we were never dissapointed. Andy and Pauline are excellent at making everyone welcome here at Molino. The hotel room that we had was spotlessly clean, cool, and comfortable with an attractive decor. We had the best time ever. We would go back again as we have the most wonderful memories of Molino del Santo. The location of Molino is spectacular to say the least and dare I say the icing on the cake!! it has to be one of the most beautiful in Spain.

I have just returned from this beautiful hotel where I went on a Yoga Retreat and what a special place. Everything is 5 star, the location, the room, the food, the service, Andy & Pauline the owners, Paco the Receptionist, Eddie, (Andy's dog), the pool etc etc. I will definately be returning and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room Tip: All the rooms are lovely.

Well we have been visiting Molino for over 20 years and have seen it develop from a tiny 6 bedroom hostal to this delightful small hotel. Pauline and Andy have created a gem with the back up of a talented, creative chef (Gordon) plus his excellent kitchen crew. Then there are the fantastic welcoming reception team, the bar and restaurant waiters plus, of course the very efficient girls and ' maintenance lad'.I could go on and on. This year special attention had been made to the garden and terrace area, it was truly beautiful. Long may it continue.

Room Tip: we always stay in one of the upper rooms in the main building but all rooms are lovely.

Our second visit to Molino del Santo lived up to all expectations, especially as we took visitors from Australia who were also impressed. We used the restaurant on all three nights as we enjoyed it so much on the first. It was lovely to come back from a long day out and relax and swim in the pool area. The staff were very helpful and friendly, arranging taxis and giving instructions for local walks. We will definitely be visiting again.

What can you say really that hasn't already been said? The room, pool, food service, customer care, staff, location, activities....everything was unquestionably 5 star.

Whatever you want from your time in the area -pure relaxation, gastronomic indulgence, hiking, climbing, sightseeing- the area has it all and the hotel is the perfect base.

This is our second visit and we could only stay one night. However you are made to feel welcome the moment you step through the door. All the staff greet you with a smile, the food is excellent and we were spoilt for choice with the menu. There was a slight muddle over the booking and we were given a bottle of wine to compensate. As returning guests with friends we were also treated to a bottleof wine. This is much appreciated and sets the tone for a relaxing stay. We were given the same room as last time which we liked and will ask for it again when we return which I hope will not be too long away. One aspect of the bedroom is that the lighting is good so that you can read in the evenings when it is dark outside.

Room Tip: be specific about whether you can climb steps

We recently got married at Molino del Santo. We looked high and low in this part of Spain for a wedding venue but when we found Molino del Santo nowhere else came close.

What can I say, getting married at Molino del Santo truly was a dream come true for us! It was everything and more than what we wished for! The most beautiful setting for a magical romantic intimate wedding ceremony! The different areas of the hotel were perfect for each different stage of the day! Garden ceremony surrounded by trees, cocktail hour by the pool, riverside terrace reception and then on to the candle lit back section for the disco. As well as Molino del Santo being the perfect wedding venue, the excellent food, friendly attentive staff, beautifully comfortable accommodation and local area meant that all of our guests felt that they had arrived at a truly special place! Our guests took up the whole hotel and it felt like a mini family village, everyone chatting from each others balconies, during the run up to the wedding some people went driving others went for a walk whilst some splashed around the pool, lots of different things for people to be getting on with.

The whole experience from start to finish was an absolute dream come true! What a way to start off married life. Andy and Pauline and all of the staff did an amazing job at welcoming our guests and the comments from our family and friends about the staff and Andy & Pauline was expected as since our first visit to Molino del Santo we looked forward to them experiencing this friendly, helpful and efficient service first hand and I'm sure most will be returning in the near future!

Andy and Pauline were helpful and realistic during the planning process and always available to answer any questions we had from seating capacity menu planning to organising our guests into suitable rooms and even picking up and dropping off our guests that were staying in the nearby area! Their sense of humour put us at ease and made the process of planning much more enjoyable!

Molino del Santo will always have a special place in our hearts and the hearts of our family and friends who have all said it was the best wedding they had ever been to, some even wanting to renew their own vows!

So a huge thank you from all of us to you and all of your staff!!

We will be seeing you in the very near future!
Mr and Mrs Young

Room Tip: We stayed in Room 16 above reception, it is more like an apartment with a beautiful upstairs terrace...
