We returned to Molino del Santo recently, and like a good a good wine it gets better with age. The warm friendly reception that greeted us was a sign of things to come. The staff are friendly and helpful as usual. The restaurant menu gives a wide choice, and I particularly liked the Iberian pork. Food is beautifully presented, on hot plates by friendly staff. Breakfast in the morning on the terrace was a memorable occasion, with the sound of the river rushing past in spate after the recent rain and flooding. Again, there is a wide choice for breakfast to suit most tastes. The in-house baked bread is a must. There are some fine walks around Benaojan, and loads of brochures at reception to guide on your way. While there, we saw the devastation caused by the recent floods along the river bed, and it must have been very scary. That being said, we can't wait to return to Molino del Santo for good accomodation, good food and some witty repartee with Andy and staff.

Lovely restaurant in a very small village (Benaojan Estacion which is down the hill from Benoajan village). I had pumpkin risotto and companion had seafood risotto with lobster. Very nice, more expensive than some of the surrounding restaurants but worth it for a treat.

Beautiful and very nice. I still liked our food and atmosphere at our little place, Molino Paradas. But again...this is beautiful too.
Not as "personal" as our little place and I had the Lobster Ravieole sp?? and it was all right.

We booked our evening meal as a reward for a long walk from Limar to Benaojan, and rewarded we were. The three course meal from the set menu was delicious and exceptionally presented. The house white complimented our chosen main course and was of excellent quality. The service and attention given by the staff couldn’t have been better. This restaurant comes highly recommended.
