“2 Thumbs Up!”
Reviewed November 3, 2012

This is such a unique place. The Inn was built in the early 1800's and is a historic gem. The Tavern and separate dining room are both warm and inviting with brick walls, beamed ceilings and fireplaces. The food and hospitality were outstanding. I had a perfectly prepared steak and my wife had the chicken with Polenta. The ice cream dessert we shared seemed to be homemade. The service was outstanding as well. The Inn is a short drive outside of Woodstock Village and it is definitely worth the visit. 2 thumbs up for the Kedron!

“Great Salmon and Pork Chops”
Reviewed November 1, 2012

Atmosphere is warm and authentic; we had really wonderful timing with the turning of the season. I had the salmon and sampled some of the pork chops from the roundly approving opposite end of the table. Not to be missed! I had been looking forward to a return visit and was not disappointed; the consistency has inspired me to come on here and applaud. Salmon has become a sort of place-holder at a lot of restaurants, but this was done perfectly and reminded me why it's so popular. When it's right, it's wonderful. Thank you KVI! Look forward to another visit.

“Excellent!”

Very much enjoyed a recent meal at the Kedron. Beef from their own farm and home-made ketchup was a treat. Great service, historic atmosphere and reasonably priced too. Will definitely return on a ski trip to Killington this winter.

“Thanks for a great meal”
Reviewed September 27, 2012

Thanks to everyone at the KVI for a great dinner last week. I had the Boudin Blanc sausage (made in house thank you very much) with the duck confit and it was delicious. Burger was yummy as usual and of course service is always attentive, friendly and makes us feel at home. Looking forward to our next meal.

Thank you for your kind words. The house-made duck confit and boudin blanc sausage have been a popular choice on our fall menu. We work hard to deliver outstanding service in a casually elegant, historic atmosphere and we look forward to seeing you again soon.
