My wife and I enjoy brewery tours and typically do a single tour per visit to an area.
We found Vermontology while looking at the "Local activities" link at the resort we were planning to stay at. We took a leap of faith and signed up three days prior to our trip. Natalia from Vermontology contacted us just minutes after placing our ticket request. On the day of the tour Natalia picked us on time at our hotel and we set out. Over the next 8 hours Natalia was an excellent guide not only is she well versed in the planned stops throughout the tour, she had an almost encyclopedic knowledge of Vermont in general. We give the highest recommendation to Vermontology and to Natalia for making our visit to Vermont a memorable one. Thank you!

I'm glad that you enjoyed your tour so much! What a fun way to celebrate your birthday, complete with Sto Lat (the Polish "Happy Birthday" song) at the distillery!

We were looking for a good activity to celebrate our youngest son's 21st birthday while we were on a vacation to New England. We came upon Vermontology and the brewery tour of Vermont. Natalia showed up on time to our location and was immediately super nice and outgoing. Her van was sparkling clean and made for a comfortable ride to all our locations. The tour includes four breweries, a distillery, and a cidery. We also stopped at a country store that features many products from a local farm. Everything was spaced out nicely that we never felt like we have consumed too much. Vermont is a great place to visit and everyone one was pleasant and helpful. My only complaint was one brewery only had one beer available for tasting on the day we stopped by. I felt Natalia should look to find another brewery that could offer more choices. The tour ends up being a full day. We were picked up at 10:00 AM and did not get back to our place until after 6:00 PM. If you like tasting fine regional beers, meeting locals, and viewing Vermont's beautiful landscape, this is the event for you.

Thank you very much for the nice review. It was a pleasure to be part of such a special family celebration! I am so glad that you enjoyed the tour and all the samplings plus Vermont scenery and hospitality. It is true that Fiddlehead Brewery is very small and only offers from 1-3 samples (amount varies, depending of the time of visit). But it is one of the best IPAs in Vermont, which is why we make sure to stop there. I hope you had a great time with the rest of your trip!

Natalia is a one woman show! She has bucket loads of experience giving these tours and it shows. She's so enthusiastic about the state and all it has to offer that you'll finish a day with her absolutely raving about Vermont.
This is the best way to get a truly peraonal and authentic experience of Vermont.

After talking with Natalia about what I like and appreciate, plus the kind of attractions I'm interested in, she was able to point out brilliant things along the way. She took me to fantastic points to get perfect shots of the scenery, even slowing down where she could, (traffic permitting) to allow me to get those beautiful landscapes. Not only were the points of the tour really beautiful but Natalia has an interest in EVERYTHING and took me to a fab little place for lunch that I loved. She talked about her other tours that she runs where she focuses on Vermont's amazing cheese tasting locations, the best micro breweries and the best places to get maple syrup.
8 hours flew by and at the end of it all, I felt like I had an incredible introduction to Vermont, especially as I was only in the state for 48 hours. Would definitely recommend to family and friends or anyone that doesn't know where to start their site seeing!

My husband and I had the best time with Natalia! We highly enjoyed the day tour she brought us on from Burlington to Stowe. It was so breath taking, beautiful and memorable at every stop; My favorite tour yet with countless tastings, sitings, adventures and pictures. Even the drive was enjoyable. We took the brewery and distillery tour as well a few days later which offered so many free tastings of a ton of different beers, ciders and even hard alcohols! I found some delicious Vermont cheese and homemade fudge to bring home.
She surely loves to show people a wonderful time in the beautiful state of Vermont. Her bright personality and professionalism go above and beyond. I am so glad to have found out about her Vermontology business, and have had the opportunity to book a couple tours with her for our honeymoon. It is exactly what every vacation needs!
She always does small tours to be able to accommodate everyone and make sure everyone is having a great time. Our tours happened to fall on her off season and actually ended up having private tours which were a lot of fun. It was wonderful to have someone take our pictures and answer our questions. So much is offered in her tours! You will not be disappointed! This is A Must Do when visiting Vermont. Her five day tour is really something to consider that we ourselves should have done. The bed and breakfast accommodations and the meals included in her 5 day tour is definitely a great deal. Her tours promise a great time while taking advantage of Vermonts finest spots.
She gave us so many recommendations for the rest of our trip here in Vermont and it really was like touring with a friend. She is so friendly and informative while also giving us our own space throughout our tours. We will never forget this wonderful trip. Thank you Vermontology!! Thank you Natalia!
Please don't hesitate to visit Vermont and book your tour- she has nothing but great reviews and you will have a wonderful time.

I booked a brewery tour with Natalia for my husband's birthday. We were both excited when Natalia came to pick us up at our B&B. She was so friendly and fun the entire tour. There was absolutely no awkwardness spending 8 hours of your day with her, she made us feel comfortable from the first moment.

The breweries we visited (Drop In, Fiddlehead, Magic Hat and Otter Creek) all had a great atmosphere and more importantly; a great variety of tasty beers. Drop In was our absolute favorite (their Hazard Belgium Triple got our vote) with a super personable and knowledgeable staff. Lunch at Otter Creek was at the perfect time with loads of delicious options to choose from.

Dakin Farms - Try EVERYTHING! My husband and I wanted to buy all their goodies but the Honey & Spice Mustard was best.

Woodchuck was my favorite as a cider drinker. Really nice staff and most importantly an awesome assortment of ciders not seen in store. If they have the Campfire Pancake cider on tap, give it a try!

The Appalachian Gap distillery blew our minds. Do not turn down a sample because you are not a whiskey or vodka drinker. Everything is flavorful and well balanced.

Most importantly from 10AM until 6PM, we were well taken care of. We are looking forward to rebooking with some friends this summer. If you want to see beautiful Vermont and have a safe, knowledgeable and friendly driver make that happen, book the Brewery Tour with Natalia.
