Started with the special, rice fritters with a (super fresh tasting) roasted red pepper sauce.
For the entrees we ordered the pan roasted free range chicken and the roasted pork shank. Both were equally great. The pork was fork tender and served with plantains.
You must have dessert - I would recommend the tres leche cake - order one with two forks to split with your dining companion. They will love you for it!
The service was attentive and non-obtrusive. Wait staff was very knowledgeable about their menu. The hostess said they will be offering lunch in May 2011.
We will be going back to this unexpected gem in Woodstock VT
