This hotel was a huge dissapointment. I have to admit at first glance it looked nice, like a hotel in a different country. The design of the building is inviting and someone invested a lot in an indoor pool. The hotel unfortunately is very poorly managed. The staff is just downright horrible.
They couldn't care less about guests there. The very nice pool area is marred by mildew on all the walls. I mean big black mildew everywhere. The water was cold. We went to the pool reception area and there was no hotel representative there for 15 minutes. We decided to go back to the room. I wanted to complain at hotel reception but there was no one there either. I came back down and noticed that both hotel and pool managers were sitting together drinking coffee. Still neither came to reception to help. The hotel has a childrens play area which isn't really all that impressive but anyway it is always closed so kids will be dissapointed.
The location is not great if you want to be close to anything other then a supermarket.
This hotel could be nice if it it had caring or professional staff who knew about minimal customer service and kept the place clean.

Stayed here on a family holiday and really enjoyed it.

The hotel has a large pool and my corner room on the top floor was enormous. The bathroom was slightly dated but apart from that it was great.

Convenient location for all the tourist attractions near by.

The attached restaurant was also good quality and great value.

Recommended.

We spent a weekend at this hotel for our 20th wedding anniversary. We were very pleased with the staff, with the spa, the pool was one of the best we tried, the water was warm and everything was in working order. The highlight of the trip was the combined massage with volcanic stones, made by Iuliana Beko and Iuliana Gheorghe. We liked it so much that we booked another session for the next day. The room was spacious, clean, had a nice view, the minibar was well-stocked, the AC was working nice. We could check out late with no extra charge, as it was not recommended to leave so soon after the massage session. Good breakfast, lots of very tasty local produce. The restaurant is a tavern, so it's quite noisy in the evening and we couldn't find a non-smoking corner, that was a big minus. But all in all a great experience.

Room Tip: Nice view on the fourth floor.

Aptly called the Wolf complex because there is a supermarket, bowling, billiards, tennis court, football field, spa and swimming pool, restaurant, children's playground, conference rooms, and two hotel buildings (1 and 2). The theme is consistent with the carpets having the wolf logo and paws to match; the seats in the restaurant are sculpted like the animal complete with wool. The best description of the area is rustic, with surrounding mountains and valleys as well as greenery. The elevator is quite confusing; if you are going to a particular floor you have to press one floor higher (2nd floor, press 3). The rooms are very large but the beds are very small. TV remote without batteries. Great view from the balcony. Airconditioning more than adequate. Food is average. Conference facilities are limited; not even Windows office here. Yet most people go here just to spend the night; the real reason for almost everybody's visit is Dracula's castle.

While on a Motorcycle Tour of Romania, we stopped at Hotel Wolf in Bran, Romania. There is plenty of parking and a supermarket located just in front of the Hotel, which is super nice to stock up on supplies before traveling on. The best part was the restaurant and the local dishes they served, wonderful and lots of it too. The Bran Castle is an added bonus only a short drive to castle which inspired Bram Stoker for his book "Dracula".
