i just have to agree with everyone else. these are good basic apartments. if your looking for luxury don't bother.we had booked a 2 bedroom apt and they gave us a 3 bedroom apt for three people which was good as we didn't have anyone sleeping in the room out to the balcony.the only problem we had was that the net curtains in most of the rooms could do with a clean but everything else was spotless[ towels, sheets, crockery, etc. the kitchen was a bit dark as the balcony is off one of the rooms. if only they didn't use the low watt energy bulbs it would have been brighter.ok you pay 2.5 euros a day for the remote but as we paid £5 a night per person [via malta direct] you can't complain. they put movie on the tv every day. we had something about mary, one of the lord of the rings and romeo and juliet and if you only want it for 1 day because you fancy the film being shown you just give them back the remote.we did't use the breakfast room or the indoor pool but the jacuzzi looked good. it was a bit cold to sun bathe on the roof but it was a nice area.
the bar is a nice cosy area and the barmen like to chat. everyone is very helpful.there are 2 lifts that were quick.
convenient location for sea front , bus station and bars.

I was part of a Diving Club party of 22. Easy, quick and efficient check in. My room (twin room, single occupancy) had a welcome pack of bread, butter, jam, milk, orange juice, tea and coffee. Keep what you want, and return the rest to the small on site shop. Fantastic views from the roof top pool, with comfortable sun loungers. Excellent value full or continental breakfasts for 3 Euro's/2 Euros. Friendly, well stocked bar. The rooms are fine, not the Ritz, but I didn't pay Ritz prices! Iron and ironing board provided. British 3 pin plugs. Small kitchen with oven, toaster, etc. Large shower, with copious hot water. Towels provided. Bed linen changed every 2 days. Small balcony. Easy stroll to the sea front, bus station, and the centre of Buggiba. Take the bus, it's great fun and only a small amount to get to Silema, Valetta, or any places of interest. Recommend the Grand Harbour boat cruise from Silema - fantastic! All in all, a great holiday, the staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful. Everything was done to make us enjoy our holiday. And we DID!

The Sunseeker Apartments are in a convenient location. They are clean and comfortable and the family who run them are very helpful and friendly. Some previous unfavourable reviews we read about these apartments were very harsh. A welcome pack awaits customers, which is very reasonaly priced. If you dont want it - dont keep it and you won't be charged. The pool is very small but the jacuzzi is great.

Bugibba has a main bus station for all locations on the Island and is only 5 mins walk from the apartments. The bus experience is a bumpy one! Beware of the broken footpaths especially at night, leave the stilletos at home! A small price to pay when you can enjoy good food and drink at reasonable prices, and the Maltese people are so polite and friendly.

BEWARE: Did you know that if you book directly with the Sunseekers you are not guaranteed to stay there!! We booked in June and when we arrived at the airport we were told by the taxi driver that there was
a problem and we had been booked into somewhere else. It appears that
Bugibba Holiday Complex had closed and the Sunseeker owner had given all the rooms to the tour operator. He had moved us to a third rate apartment but tried to charge us almost as much as the Sunseekers even though it had no facilities, ie no bar or restaurant, no pool bar/snack bar, no umbrellas, no safety deposit box we were told they were not necessary as the front door was kept locked and there were security cameras, 3 times during our stay we found the front door wide open!!. Our room was supposed to be for 4 people but there was 3 dinner plates, no small plates, 3 glasses, 3 soup spoons, 1 dessert
spoon, 3 patio chairs, the fans provided were filthy and there was mould in the bathroom, the iron had a Maltese plug but the sockets were British and we had to provide out own toilet roll, if you wanted a change of bed linen or towels during your stay there was a charge, there was even a charge of ML2 if you wanted your floor mopping. If this is what the Sunseekers class as equivalent to their accomodation I am pleased I did not stay there.

We spent a week at the 'Sunseeker' and for my partner it was his first time to Malta.
The 'Sunseeker' was very clean and the studio was just right for us, the owners and staff alike were extemely polite and very helpful.
We would not hesitate to go back to the 'Sunseeker' as they made us feel very welcome, this made the holiday complete.
