I stayed here in October and having booked a 4* hotel was shocked at the standard, more like a low 3*. The bedroom was dark even with all the lights on, the balcony door was broken, tiles cracked in a bathroom that wasn't big enough to swing a cat and there was damp in the room. Kettles are not provided free of charge but €3.70 per night!
Most of the clientele were 65+ and the hotel was geared to this age group. The food was edible but not adventurous and you had to sit in a set area depending on your room no. Drinks had to be got from the bar outside the dining room, some of the waiters were helpful but not all.
The pool area was cramped but cleaned daily although the pool itself was not very clean. The staff at the pool bar were generally friendly and helpful. You have to hire sunbed mattresses and pool towels at €1 each a day.
The evening entertainment was geared to the locals which was line dancing or strictly come dancing.
Although I would not choose to go to this hotel again, my friend and I still had a fantastic holiday due to meeting some lovely people.More
