Malta was a wonderful place but dealing with this dive centre was a headache. My husband and I dreaded having to communicate with those involved in "running" the place because it was apparent that they only wanted to go ahead with what was most convenient for them. I would not have rated this place terrible based on the diving experience alone, I would have just rated it as poor because truly no one wanted to go an extra mile to ensure a quality experience but after reading the replies from management you can just see what kind of people you're doing business with. Each response from Aquatica attempts to turn the clients' issues back in ther faces and blame them. Not one genuine apology or a response that appears anything but rude. Aside from this, aquatica did not respect our voice, we suggested two sites we wanted to visit and the guide flat out said he didn't feel it was where we should go, no reasons given but instead he decided we would be going somewhere closer and less depth. We are advanced Padi divers and easily could have managed the sites we had wanted to visit and will never really understand why we did not go other than lack of convenience for our guide. A few other annoyances with the company but I'm sure if I went into detail they would only be turned around and used against us because apparently nothing is constructive to them unless it's positive.
