The restaurant was recommended by our host as the best restaurant in the area. We came at 21
o'clock. After half an hour we were told they ran out of the filet steak in balsamic sauce and the one with mushroom we had already ordered. We were offered the same only with beefsteak .the eggplant parmeggiano was not cooked enough, the crostini were not all toasted, one steak was much too salted,and they seemed not to care that we left part of the food. We ate yesterday at Carpe diem in Montaione. The food was a bit more expensive but everything was delicious.
