Good Chinese food is somewhat of a rarity; it took us a few years to find Yen Ching but we've been going back ever since.
Everything is freshly made and the proteins are real animal and in textures/shapes/colors that one would expect to fund them in; no chewy mystery meat or wondering if you're eating grade C poultry.
I would note that the dishes which are supposed to be spicy don't tend to have any heat (at least with General Tso's chicken) and my 4-year-old can eat the "extra spicy" version without breaking a sweat. Order accordingly ;)
