Carrabba's is very, very consistent. The menu is quite varied with pastas and pizzas and a few specials each night. You can sit at the kitchen and watch the food being prepared, or in one of several dining areas Service is attentive and pleasant.
The food is fantastic. It's hard to believe this is a chain (owned by the same people as Outback). Our favorite appetizer is the Calarmari Ricardo (crisp, lightly breaded sweet calamari) with a zingy Italian pepper - lemon butter sauce - it is to die for. My favorite dinner is the Pollo Rosa Maria - wood fire grilled chicken stuffed with fontina cheese and proscuitto, topped with mushroom and lemon butter sauce. It's served with a salad (the italian salad is great) and a side - pasta, potatoes or veggie.
Glasses of wine are generous and the selection is decent. The orange juice is fresh squeezed and great on it's own or in a mixed drink.
Expect to wait a LONG time during busy dinner hours. We prefer to go early. The are NOT open for lunch during the week.
