Such an eclectic menu with amazing variety of tastes and texture. As 60 something foodies we were probably the oldest folks in the restaurant but we were treated well, devoured every morsel and came home to add items to our own grocery list. We were blown away by the mellow black garlic spread. We liked that there were a variety of size dishes so we could try so many of the interesting items on the menu. The carmel and lava salt gellato was AMAZING. Prices were reasonable for the quality and quanity of food. Our only comment was the salad we had was a bit bland compared to the other items we tried.
Since we don't live in Richmond I hope we can get back to the Blue Goat soon. When we do I hope they have foie gras milkshakes on the desert menu. The night we were there there was a private chef's table that served the milkshakes. There were some concerned looks when they were served but I noticed when the glasses came out they were COMPLETELY emptied.
