I've stayed here in the past and been very pleased but I must say they struggle a bit with service during high capacity, so I'm downgrading my rating from 4 to 3 stars. Additionally, the cost of the room goes up substantially (about 80%) so you kind of expect the offset for a higher price would be consistent service. This is still a good choice but expect some delays during peak times. Specifically, it took me 30 minutes to get my car from valet (they say to allow for 10 minutes) and restaurant service was slow. This is still a good quality Marriott in a prime downtown location.
