Everything is OK about this restaurant: the location, the service, neat arrangement of tables (couples/business section separated from family section with a nice playground), even the atmosphere was nice (although a bit posh and no music in the family section). Everything OK, except for FOOD. For one thing, there's no a la carte menu - you have to pick from a very limited set of fixed tourist menus. If the waiter suggests you can modify them (eg. take ravioli instead of gnochhi), you can be sure they will charge you extra for that. The starters are typical Sardegna style, but really nothing special - actually the best of it was olive oil and hot rolls. Then came gnochhi and ravioli, which were honestly the worst we have ever had all over Italy. Almost NO TASTE, extremely heavy, as if you were eating pure pasta. Even our kids didn't want to touch it. We skipped the dessert, as we left the place when the second course was served. Roasted pig - strangely smelly and again very heavy. All in all, the first impression about the place is great, but the longer you stay there the worse it gets. In the end you leave feeling like a fool that you paid (at least 100EUR /couple) for pasta with no taste. The next day we went to random no-name ristorante and had a fantastic Italian delight for half of the price.
