We had the 4 course dinner and it was delicious! Great atmosphere and a very friendly service. Be warned: Don't eat too much of the fresh pizza bread, the portions are huge!

This was a truly unique and wonderful find on our holiday to Santa Teresa. You'll definitely need a car to get to it and it is not so easy to find but it is well worth the adventure!

There is a beautiful outdoor area to sit in (get there before 8.30 if you want to sit outside though) with an interest outdoor kitchen. Staff are fantastic and very friendly - you might need your phrasebook though if you are not so good at italian!

There is no choice (unless you are staying I believe). The fare is:
1. Selection of beautiful meats and cheeses with various roasted vegetables etc.
2. A delicious pasta dish and soppa gallurese (local speciality)
3. Roast suckling pig with potatoes.
4. Choice of fresh fruit/cheese and honey.
5. Coffee

Wine and water included. Cost is 38 euros.

An amazing expereince, my Fiance and I actually stayed at this agriturismo and dined here around 5 times, each meal was different, all sesonal and locally sourced ingredients cooked to perfection. We could not believe the attentativness of the staff, it certainly put the English to shame! The restaurant was packed every night but we were never kept waiting for our food and never felt rushed to leave. The menu is traditional with freshly made breads and pasta, beautiful meats and fabulous wine and liquer made from their own 'vin yard'. This is a must for anyone wanting an authentic experience. The owners Mario and Natalia are always on hand to help guide you through the menu and make your expereince truly memorable...enjoy!

If there is ever a must do food wise, this is it. Food is amazing, service is courteous and very friendly. The journey to saltara was very charming and the smell on arrival, made our mouths water.

The great thing is you don't need to decide what you want, just sit back and they bring you platter after platter of food. the service was like a five star hotel yet the atmosphere is like a farmhouse, with a roaring open fire and suckling pig cooking.

I went to a few other agriturismos including the one on Anthony Bourdains show and this one was alot better, fresher food, better atmosphere and the pig and meats were cooked to perfection unlike the aformentioned agriturismo.
