What a tremendous addition to downtown Lowell. Have been there numerous times and have not been disappointed. The menu is very creative and the prices are reasonable (it's also great ordering a bottle of wine without breaking the bank). This has definitely been added added my "regular rotation"!

Traveling on business and this place was recommended. Happy it was. I had the beef Duo and the other in my party had the boneless grass fed short rib. Both very good. Had good beer selection. Service was excellent. Food was expertly prepared. Worth the stop.

We tried Fuse on a Saturday night, parking in a garage at the corner of Palmer Street. By 6:30 the restaurant is busy. The dining room has a contemporaty bistro vibe. Many 20s-30s couples and some middle aged and older.

We ordered the Fried Chicken entree with a pumpkin waffle and red pepper jam on top. Very delicious. Also the Pepita Crusted Local Haddock was unusual on wilted spinach with lemon almond butter and deep fried cauliflower. Sounds weird but it was good. Another entree at our table was Grilled Grass Fed Sirloin Steak and it also was excellent.

We tried the molten chocolate cake with raspberry sauce and whipped cream. It was house made and great to share with two or three people. Coffee to end the meal was fresh and good.
The dinner came to $98 (before tip) for three entrees, two cocktails, a soda, and one dessert so it is not budget dining. Lunch there would obviously be cheaper. But a nice night out and a treat! I hope Fuse continues to do well as it adds another good dining option in Lowell.

This is a great little restaurant in Lowell. They offer unique drinks and a delicious menu featuring homemade, farm-to-table style entrees. The short ribs were excellent. Only negative was our server acted like he would rather be anyplace in the world other than at work. But I'll still go back!

I'm Old and at times a little grumpy. I had the best time. The food was great and the beer was cold. This is a great place to go drink beer and burgers and tell lies. I will come back to Lowell foe sure.
