We booked this hotel based on previous TA reviews which said don't waste money staying elsewhere and they were right. Our room was a large double with a separate twin room which we used as a dressing room as there was only the two of us. The shower was hot and powerful and all was very clean. There was good air conditioning and a very large comfortable bed. Breakfast was lovely - a good choice and everything very well laid out and replenished regularly. Staff all very friendly and polite. Pool area also nice with shady areas and great sun loungers. Very peaceful while we were there. For 50 Euro a night really can't fault this place. 5-10 mins walk to the marina where there is a reasonable choice of bars and restaurants and about 25 - 30 min walk into Bosa - turn left out of the hotel, up to the main road and turn right then there is a pavement all the way to the old bridge. Nice walk along the river with a great view of Bosa and the castle. Once over the bridge you are straight into the old city which is a maze of cobblestreets - very pretty. The walk up to and around the castle is worth doing. We also drove up the coast road to Alghero which was a stunning drive and Alghero itself is an attractive place with lots to do.

Have just returned from a wonderful week staying at this hotel. Loved every minute of it. We had room 103 which was a large room with a balcony view towards the hills, so we had full sun in the mornings. The road runs on that side of the hotel but when in the room you barely hear it.
Our room had air con and a fridge, it does have a kitchen area but this cannot be used as it has no gas connection, however i didn't really expect an apartment type arrangement so this was fine. As others have said the beds are a bit noisy when you first get on them but apart from that it was not an issue.
Breakfast was a really good continental one, Croissants, chocolate croissants, cakes . biscuits, breads and jams, yoghurts, cereals, meat, cheese, fresh melon and nectarines, fruit juices and a variety of coffees, tea and water.
The pool is fantastic, has a separate area for children, a Jacuzzi and the main pool is mainly about 3 feet deep apart from the deep end which is abut 6 feet wide, this means that it maintains a really nice temperature when the sun warms it up.
plenty of sun loungers with canopies on and absolutely pin drop quiet....bliss!! At no point was the pool area full in fact most of the time there were only a handful of people there so no need to reserve sunloungers thankfully! There is a bar with a range of drinks, ice-creams and some snacks. This is a very well maintained hotel with a wonderful pool lovely back drop and very friendly staff. Highly recommend a stay here, in fact we are planning to stay again next year! Bosa is an absolute beauty of a place to visit and real authentic part of Sardinia, just fabulous!

Room Tip: Most have balconies if you face the road its not too noisy and you cant even see it

Isola Rossa is a nice and relaxing place compared to other places in Sardinia during the hectic month of August. It has a very nice Beach and secluded snorkeling around the Rocky red cliffs. We stayed at at one of the Spa hotels hotel with an amazing view at sunset.

Nice hotel just outside of Bosa (2km). We had a 4 person room with a kitchenett and a balkony. Private parking was also included. The room was cleaned every day. The pool area was very nice and clean with free sunbeds and taken care of daily by the gardener. The pool bar had some basic icecream, drinks, coffee etc.

The big minus was that the kitchenett did not contain any kitchen equipment what so ever, so it was useless. We could not even boil water. We had an idea of fixing some lunches ourselves, but this was not possible.

The nearby marina walk had some nice restaurants just 5min away, otherwise you can go to the beautiful Bosa town to get some more variations.

Having paid only €44,-, we didn’t expect much from the hotel. How wrong we were!
At the arrival we were upgraded from the double room to the spacious and clean apartment with a balcony. The receptionist was helpful and extremely friendly.
Please don’t overpay staying at another hotel.
