Having stopped here for lunch with a large appetite (we had walked from Back Bay to Harvard) we were underwhelmed with the experience here. Service was slow, they seemed understaffed to be fair and the food average at best despite the portion size which was very large. Price for food and beer was okay but it had no atmosphere and were left disappointed with our visit.

Good pub food, good beer on tap, friendly service, and very reasonable. The Cambridge Brewing Company next door had a 20 minute wait so we went here. Glad we did. No wait and just what we were looking for.

Enjoyed this restaurant. Exactly what we expected from an Irish pub. Ordered dessert that tasted awful. Waiter took it back no questions asked no charge.

Came here for trivia night on a Wednesday and found the whole experience disappointing.

The wait staff was generally unattentive and slow. It seemed like they were quite understaffed.

We had an incredibly difficult time hearing the trivia questions since the speakers were not loud enough and there were a few people unnecessarily yelling.

The food was rather mediocre, even for a typical Irish-American pub. One freeing ordered a veggie burger that was falling apart and overall terrible. We did not complain but when the waitress took away the full plate she asked if the food was okay. We were honest with her and they decided to refund that meal. So that was nice if them. Other than that though, I would not recommend going here.

We came here for brunch on the patio because all of the other places in the square had a 90 minute wait (what?!) and the bloody Marys looked great. We were seated no problem... but then it took more than 20 minutes to get a waitress to take our order. There were not a lot of people working, but there also were not a lot of people eating. The service was painfully slow, they messed up our order, and the bloody Mary was not up to par. The inside seemed like a nice pub, so I'd most likely be back at night for a drink, but definitely won't be going to brunch here again.
