Description: Opened in 1996, Grafton Street Pub & Grill has been a beloved institution of Harvard Square for almost two decades. This neighborhood hotspot is named after the spirited cobblestone-lined shopping district in Dublin's famed Temple Bar area. Grafton Street deftly combines the warmth and coziness of a traditional neighborhood pub with the aesthetic of a contemporary restaurant. During the summer months, guests can enjoy al fresco dining on Grafton Street's spacious sidewalk patio. The restaurant offers full bar service and boasts a seasonally-changing wine list with over 75 varieties, as well as a robust selection of craft beers from several local breweries.

“Always busy, fantastic location for brunch in summer time”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 25, 2013

Grafton Street pub is good for anything- brunch, dinner with family, drinks with friends. The food is good, the bar area is large and always busy. If you can score a window seat - either at the bar or restaurant- you've got the best seat in the house, and arguably in Harvard Square. Grafton Pub is also good for private gatherings and has some space allocated for larger parties. Their brunch menu is great !

“Trendy place for good food”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 23, 2013

We met a younger couple in Cambridge. We had read that the Mojito was popular and we had to try 3 for the group.

We made a reservation and the place was packed. We had a few minutes to wait which was fair enough. We ordered the special drinks and found them refreshing. Well muttled.

We split a couple of entry items. On our side, we split the beet salid. A good size and very tasty. Across the table, Chris and Katie tried the crab cakes.

Although my date had the split pea burger, a couple of us tried the Grafton burgers. They were served with fries that were sprinkled with truffle dust or truffle oil. Real french fries which were very tasty.

The service was timely and professional. The place was interesting and had a lively feel bar scene.

Definately give it a try.

“Great atmosphere!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 20, 2013

We always have a great meal at Grafton Street. My husband loves the fish and chips. I think their salads are great. I have tried them all. The menu is limited and not run of the mill so if you are expecting typical pub fare you might be surprised.

“Yummy brunch!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 4, 2013

I thought I would try this restaurant for a Sunday brunch with my family, I checked out the menu beforehand so I knew they had a good variety of breakfast and lunch options ( for the picky family members :) ) We had a party of 6 and a reservation, the very nice hostess sat a few of us at arrived early which was great. As for the food, I had the brioche french toast with strawberries and creme, it was really good! And a mimosa of course what would brunch be without it! My dad is a tough customer, he loved the steak and eggs. Nice warm atmosphere as well for pub, I would definitely go back.
