Put on a pretty dress and head out with your best girlfriends to this sultry place. Yummy cocktails and tapas.

Cuchi Cuchi is a one of a kind place in Boston - there's a lot of small plate locations around but the variation in cuisine and execution set Cuchi Cuchi apart.

We walked in around 6:30 on a Saturday night and luckily were able to get a table quickly. Our waiter was excellent and talked us through the options on the cocktail and food menus. They have a separate gluten free and vegan menu which is always convenient for us.

The ribs were very good as was the beet salad. The pork rolls were extremely rich, but would be a good choice in a group of 4 as you could each have one. We had the mixed gelato dipped in chocolate for dessert which was a definite winner. Well done Cuchi Cuchi.

Getting Here: Cuchi Cuchi is between Central and Kendall T Stops if you are coming via the T (suggested, parking is tough in the area). You can go from either but Central is a little closer.

Tried this restaurant on a lark. Food was impressive in selection and presentation. Attentive waitstaff and light-up tables. Fun mix of folks. Will be back!

Visually arresting and fun the minute you enter , this restaurant had us at hello. Lots of colors and great get ups on the staff. The wait staff was more than helpful in choosing from the large menu of small bites. We had a small bread basket, three small plates and the best dessert ever, The Banana Bread with ice cream and creme anglais. More than enough food coupled with drinks for three women. The waiter let us idle, saying there was no hurry, even though the Saturday night wait was out the door. I'd go back immediately, just not at the table by the kitchen door.

Very unique atmosphere. Food is very good and rich - so order on the light side and hold on to a menu to order more. Great drink menu. Ambience can't be beat, but parking is close to impossible.
