We had a "power lunch" here last week between a couple of tourist-destination outings.
For a very reasonable prix fixe, you get your choices of appetizer and entree, with a fresh hot cookie and coffee to go. The appetizers are great but the menu does not indicate that salad is an option with most entrees, which might alter your choices. The baby arugula salad was terrific. The recommended salmon/seafood burger was good but not to die for, although very dense. Service was the best it could possibly be, and atmosphere was bustling and discreet at the same time. A great asset to its Kimpton Hotel Marlowe location.

Our 'power lunch' has been a fan favorite since its inception. I think I need to go find one of those fresh chocolate chip cookies since you had to bring it up.

Nothing special. Just the usual suspects of american industrial restaurant food. Burgers, steaks, and a few dishes which pull no stops to attract attention. Good service, reasonable prices. There's nothing wrong with a meal here if you couldn't be bothered to go elsewhere.

Thanks for giving us a try while you were staying at the Marlowe. Next time try one of our specialty cut or catch. Chef Jay really gets his creative juices flowing for those items.

Great, interesting menu with some nice local items liked grilled lobster sliders - yum! It's an interesting room design, quite comfortable and spacious seating and tables, so even if packed you don't feel it.

Happy hour for hotel guest was a welcome break from running around in the city. Bartender was pleasant and the wine and drink selection typical for a hotel bar.
