We stopped by Harvard Square area, visiting our daughter. We found this "Le" restaurant, looking for hot delicious soup! This was a bit of a surprise, seemingly a "small restaurant", but it is a real neat place. The cuisine is real nice vietnamese! The menu was so extensive, with a wide variety. We had the noodle soup, some fresh vietnamese rolls, and four different main courses. I personally liked the "Salted Fish Fried rice." The mango and fruit and tea drinks are all nice! We were surprised by the warm glass of water offered on this very frigid day! The service is real excellent, attentive wait staff. The ambience is real nice as the restaurant is in 3 levels, the street view is nice, the traffic outside is real interesting to watch! We will be back to taste more of the different items in the menu, very soon, on our next visit!

Lots of typical Viet Nam cuisine, including caramel fish (choice of salmon or catfish.) My favorite is their assortment of noodle soups. But I have never had a bad meal here. Use the nice clean bathroom before you depart -- clean bathrooms are a rare luxury in Harvard Square.

Three vietnamese restaurants in as many days, seeking the best Bun and Summer Rolls. The serving a Le's was large and the staff were friendly and efficient. The seasoning in the dressing for the Bun was a little bland and the sprouts a little aged. Always seeking a peanut sauce for summer rolls that has the glob of red pepper, we were not rewarded here.

We go there all the time when in the area. Luckily, we found a place closer to home, but Le's pho is worth the travel (not the very best we ever had). Although we are not students on a budget, who minds eating a decent meal and not paying top dollar all while in Harvard Square? The spring rolls are fresh. To date, we have not been disappointed.

I prefer to order delivery from Le's instead of going into the restaurant which is a bit noisy and doesn't have windows.
I loved every dish I tried there and would recommend it. They have a lot of healthy options and their chicken noodle is the best cold remedy I have found.
