Spent a Sat. night 7/6/13 with husband and two adult sons in a 2 Queen room. Very good stay with clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly and accomodating staff, easy to find right on highway, short walk to T-station, science museum close by, underground parking convenient and free, breakfast provided and staff did a good job keeping food & drink supplied. Did find a charge on my credit card for more than my bill at check-out when I got home. When I called I was essentially told it was a 25% security deposit, and the charge would be adjusted in a couple of days and it was. I would have liked that mentioned. Got 2 different staff knocking on the door despite our arranged late check-out and do not disturb sign.

This is a pretty nice hotel. Nothing to really brag about, but no complaints either. Would stay again for sure. The main thing is that it was nice and clean. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast. Not bad. Area was good. Near a mall with reliable chain restaurants.

The hotel is the Lechmere stop on the green line. Fast to downtown Boston. Parking is free, which is a plus. Saved some money. There is a mall near by next to the train station with a great selection of food. The hotel staff is nice. Breakfast is the normal Hampton Inn items. The nightly price is fare and with free parking, could not argue.

My wife and I were in town to see the Rascals in concert. We found a great Inn to stay in at the Hampton. The hotel is located in a nice area and close to the subway and nice parks and dining. We found the Inn clean and comfortable. On site parking is a great plus and the staff was always willing to help answer questions and make sure our stay was great. A big thumbs up from us and would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for 2 nights. We were on the top floor right next to the elevator. It wasn't loud so that was a good thing. The room was so small we hardly had room to put our luggage. In the bathroom the toilet paper was so far away from the toilet I had to put the roll on the back of the toilet so I could reach it. The room and the hall had a musty smell. There was only one desk chair to sit other than the bed. Breakfast was awful. The eggs were like rubber and there were bagle toppers that had no flavor. The only good thing I can say is it was close to the subway. Joe was at the front desk when we checked in and he was very friendly and helpful.

On June 22nd weekend, my family and I checked in at the Hampton Inn. During reservation, we called and requested to have 2 rooms away from the elevator and ice machines. Prior to checking in on June 22nd, we called and requested the same. At arrival, Rafael and Peter at the front desk were extremely unfriendly, no smile, were not helpful and did not even make one small effort to satisfy our request. When we went to our room, it was directly in front of the ice machine. We went down to the front desk and ask for a room change, Rafael said "Fine", we will move you to room 301 - which is right next to the elevator! We checked in quite early and I am sure they could have at least try to make an effort. Their attitude were "Take it or leave it".

On the positive side, the hotel is close to the train station, and easy driving ( 5 mins ) over the bridge to downtown Boston. Note, there is no guest parking if friends come visit you.

The hotel was overall Hampton Inn which is average, I rated poor due to Peter and Rafael and their "Never put customer first attitude!".

Room Tip: You may get a better room when Peter and Rafael are not working on the front desk.

My son and I stayed one night at this hotel. It was our first visit. Everything was very nice. Lobby was large and clean. Complimentary breakfast was good. The hotel has free underground parking. It is located close within walking distance to the subway, restaurants and shopping. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room and it's bathroom were neat and clean. Bed was a King size and very comfortable. We were not disturbed by any noise during our sleep.
