There is one word for this restaurant, AMAZING!!!!! The food here is SO good, so tasty - I love eating here when i go home to Boston for a visit - it's a MUST stop on my list of "Boston food staples." There were four of us & we ordered SO much food, all worth it!
Appetizers: Eggplant Rollatini, Bruschetta, Fried Mozzarella, Shrimp Scampi
Dinners: Turkey Tips, Pasta Bolognese, Veal Rollatini & Scallop & Shrimp Florentine.
Yes, we ate it all! The Eggplant Rollatini was perfect - just enough cheese to make you smile & the eggplant cooked to perfection - The Bruschetta was made warm & with melted cheese (a first for me but REALLY good). The fried mozzarella was cooked to perfection (and even though I'm not generally a fan, it was YUM) and the Shrimp Scampi was probably the only item that none of us were excited about - it was blah - nothing exciting.
Main courses - all the pastas were al dente, just the way they should be. The bolognese sauce had enough balance of meat & sauce to make it perfect. The Turkey Tips were cooked just right & served w/ mashed potatoes; the veal rollatini was served over pasta in a white sauce & the florentine was rich & absolutely divine <-- although its on the heavier side b/c its a pink vodka cream sauce and probably better on cold days rather than a hot summer night.
There was no room for dessert b/c we at so much but we left VERY happy

Friendly Owner. Gave us personal attention. Serves the Best Ribs I had so far in the States. Great Pizza for the rest of the family. If you want something else than the regular tourist restaurants? This is the local place to be. You'll lov'it! Guaranteed. Downside? It's a little dark inside.

It was within walking distance of our hotel (Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Cambridge) We loved the dinners, the price was reasonable, the atmoshpere was very comfortable. Would recommend it to everyone.

It was quiet and open on Sunday evening. The calamari and bruschetta were outstanding. The owner/manager(?) gave us simple directions back to our hotel.

The food was very fresh and good. I went there 2 times during my stay. There are two ladies who run the bar and table service are very sweet, nice and helpful. The prices are great.
