“Definitely worth a visit”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 16, 2013

Flour is a bright, fun, place with a good energy. It is a bit noisy inside as well as being on Massachusetts Ave. The pastries are pretty good. They certainly have the flavors down but the pastries are bready...not like the French with the light, fluffiness but more heavy and bread like. The coffee is outstanding and the quiche is one of the best I've had. There is outdoor seating but you will be in the full sun.

“crowded but good brunching”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 15, 2013

Just about the best pastries, muffins and small breads tasted for a brunch in Boston, but the espresso was average (for mild American tastebuds?). Absolutely jammed by about 11am on a Saturday, so get in early if you want seating.

“Decadent & Delectable”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 30, 2013

If you are looking for a bakery with delectable sweets for your taste-buds, Flour Bakery & Cafe is it. Both the South End and Cambridge locations are excellent. Although seating is sparse and you have to wait for a seat, it is worth it and there is a reason why Flour is ALWAYS packed. Coffee is delicious, panini sandwiches are savory, and the raspberry bread pudding is something you only want for yourself and not to share because, simply, it is just that good, you will want to finish it on your own. Do your taste-buds a favour and go here. You will not be disappointed.

“Deliciously good breakfast!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 8, 2013 via mobile

We were excited to eat here after other great reviews and it doesn't disappoint! I had the blueberry muffin which was amazing. My wife had a lemon ginger scone. She loved it and we liked how close it was to our hotel. Get there early as they quickly get busy

“Decadence Indulgence”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 6, 2013

I was here for one thing only, the Sticky Sticky Buns recommended by chef Bobby Flay. First off the size was huge for a sticky bun, better share. The caramel was nice and sticky without being overly sweet and the nuts added a nice aromatic crunch and texture. The chewy bun left a lingering taste in the mouth.
