3.5 stars

Food:
Ginger exchange has really good fries! They taste freshly cut and fried. Yum!

I also ordered the Veggie Combo which includes inari sushi, sweet potato maki, and avocado cucumber maki. The sweet potato maki is great! The other two are good.

My husband got the Sushi and Sashimi dinner. He loved his plate!

I've been here before. The dishes that I do not like are the Mama's Dumplings, Pad Thai, Farmer's Market, and Pacific Curry.

Service:
The waitress was really nice. The staff is always nice whenever we go. The only downfall is that the food takes a really long time to get to your table. If you come here, make sure you preplan and have a snack first.

Four of us went without a reservation on a Thusday evening; were seated immediately. The wait staff was extremely helpful. We had two vegetarians, one gluten intolerant and one seafood lover in our party. The menu had more than enough to satisfy all of us and make it difficult to choose. Seaweed salad - yum. Japanese, Korean, Thai and Vietnamese options. This restaurant is a terrific place to get together with friends and family.

Not bad, but nothing remarkable either. Very similar concept as Spice N Rice. I'd go back.
