This restaurant serves innovative southern cuisine. We sampled the cornbread with sorghum butter, smoked beef tongue on toast, buttermilk biscuit with ham, pimento cheese and saltines, baked grits with bacon and cheese, and the catfish courtboullion. Everything was interesting and good. While I expected to be wowed by this restaurant, I can’t really say that anything was exceptional. It was a solid dining experience in a casual setting.
