Beautiful, great decor with good in room facilities. Location is also perfect as they have a shopping centre with restaurants just at the back of the hotel.
Service is excellent!! Their staffs are very accommodating esp. Francesca, she was so helpful, such a lovely person who was always ready to help and guide us throughout our visit to Milan. Her wonderful gesture truly made our stay in this hotel very memorable! Thank You!

Stayed x3 nights in a massive suite, it was gorgeous. The whole place is spectacular and the staff were so helpful and generous with their time. Maps were provided making exploring easy via the local Metro. We got complimentary & fab cocktails and canapés. Restaurants were organised without any fuss and the recommendations from the receptionist were perfect.
A great base to explore Milan from.

Everything here makes you feel welcome - the friendly people, the great food, the cosy rooms.
The rooms are well equipped. Warm colours dominate throughout the hotel and make for a mind-relaxing atmosphere.
The food, while more on the expensive side, is classy and we'll prepared.
The personnel is very friendly, even at check out rush hour when people are lining up.
I will and have come back.

Very nice hotel - character but unpdated. Nice food and excellent service. It has Italian character and you felt you were staying at a old manor house. A nice change to the usual. Grounds were in good condition and close to the city center - 20 mins.
Great service. Just had drinks in the bar, but the bartender allowed me to sample two different wines before making a selection.
Rooms are great- Large rooms with high ceilings. Service at the front desk was great and had room service for breakfast that was very good.
