I know it's my fault but I mistook this hotel and hotel bristol in central. If I had known this location far from central, I would never have booked for sure.
So confused because of the same hotel name also under the same company but the central one was closed already so no more this terrible mistake I think.

Ok back to this hotel review, first very hot like hell. No air conditioning at all. All you can get in this hot Milano summer is just one fan. So we always had very very hard night to have a nice sleep with a small twin bedroom which didn't look clean enough!

Also staff were not friendly. Especially one guy always looked like in a bad mood, no smile, no speak(just nodding or something when we asked something) I really wonder why he was hired.

There's an old-typed elevator but very narrow and small and hard to use it. So only once we did it for our big luggage.

Breakfast was including that's awesome but not so tasty so only once was enough for us.

The price might be very cheap as for twin room but I never come back again for sure.
I can't still believe this place is called "hotel"!!!!

Very very basic hotel. This is more of a very low cost motel with no service whatsoever. You have to get your own coffee too.
The room is small, not the cleanest, bathromm is good.
Complimentary breakfast is croissant and tea/ coffee.
It is far from the Duomo, but very near to the metro from where one can take a direct metro to the duomo.
We were out of the room the entire day, so kind of fine, it is difficult to stat inside the room for more han an hour or so especially if you are with family.
Oh! by the way, our room was Deluxe!!! Regular rooms do not have attached bathrooms

we stayed in hotel Bristol 4 nights. it was little bit far away from center and you need to pay a bit more for metro ticket. Hotel was very noisy during the night !!! I guess that for this price I cant expect 4 star service but ....the guy working during the night was more helpfull than the one during the day !! I would not say there was a breakfast buffet. Sweet croassants ,butter ,3 kind of jam and sweet biscuits. Bread, butter and jam instead of 10 kind of sweet things could be better. This hotel is good to stay for one or two nights but its also a bit difficult to reach central station late night or early morning. The first metro is running from 6:30 !!!

Had to use train from Milan city center to get here. We were surprised to see bide and sink in the room near our beds :) The shower was outside our room, but at the same floor. Clean but very old looking. No hot water. Free wifi but only in the lobby.

The room we stayed in was freezing cold (we travelled in December). Asked for extra blankets but we only got one for three. We had to sleep fully clothed and in the morning we got up with a terrible soar throat.
The breakfast is rather forgettable.
The hotel is not in Milan but the metro station is only ~100 meters away and it takes around 15 min to get to the Duomo so this was not a real inconvenience at least for us.
The guy at reception in the morning shift was rather unfriendly unlike the guy at night who was more welcoming.

So unless you are on a really tight budget, spend a few more euros on a better hotel.
Avoid it if you are traveling with kids or during winter.
