I am staying in his hotel around 3 times a year for a total of approx 10 days on visits to my nearby Italian headquarters. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast is very good and important for me, there is a gym and sauna, even an indoor swimming pool of adequate size, open from early morning to 9:30am and again from 5pm onwards whereby it would be nice when facilities were open all day on weekends. Staff is very friendly.

As for location, there are two good restaurants nearby (5-10 min walking) and there is also a restaurant and bar in the hotel. in 15 min walking distance, you find a Lidl supermarket and another -even bigger one in opposite directions. Otherwise, not much around to see or do. If there were a town center with other shops such as a bakery or butcher, I have not yet found it. Guess that it's not really in walking distance.

We arrived late around Midnight. The hotel was not in a scenic location by any means.
But just a perfect place to get a great nights sleep, the room was spacious and clean, with a gorgeous bathtub and shower, bidet and sink All the employees from the front desk to the restaurant staff was very pleasant to communicate with. Very helpful and very accommodating.
The hotel is modern and clean throughout. The hotel had good security system all around. The breakfast was tasty and the coffee (your choice) very fresh. This hotel topped my expectation. I don't think you can find a better hotel for the price anywhere in the area. Glad we chose this hotel for a good nights sleep.

Room Tip: I noticed the price swings a bit depending on whom you book with. So shop around.

I checked in the hotel on a Sunday which means that the restaurant within the hotel was closed.
Fortunately, the free shuttle took us to a restaurant "L'angolo" near by. The recommendation of the staff was actually a good one :)
The room is spacious and clean but do not expect any interesting view. The hotel is located in the industrial area of Milan.
The WiFi is good and available everywhere.
The breakfast is fine.

Nice hotel, but the location was on an industrial estate, you need a car.
There is a free shuttle bus to the Train station, not that we used it.
The room was great nice and modern.
The service was good and very helpful.
The breakfast staff were very friendly and made great coffee.
The breakfast was very good.
Free Wifi, which worked well.

Stayed there this week and must say that the care and attention the staff display is simply outstanding at all levels. The 1st prize goes to Ettero, the night manager, who offered to make coffee as I was waiting to be collected at 5.45am, simple customer service but much appreciated and rare in so called good hotels.
Bedrooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. Dinner offers a great menu option at €20 for 2 dishes of local, freshly prepared dishes or 3 for €30.

I visited this hotel several times while attending fairs at the Fiera Milano.
It has two considerable disadvantages: it is very remote and pretty isolated (although there is a hotel shuttle, free of charge, that will take you to the Molino Dorino station) and it is expensive. Admittedly, all hotel prices in Milan go up when there's a major fair going on but the price does not represent what you are getting. It is close to the Fiera Milano fairground but little more.
Otherwise, the service is good and the staff hospitable. Breakfast is sufficient but nothing cooked. The building is relatively new, in very good condition and there is Wi-Fi throughout. The rooms are quite spacious for European standards and all is clean and well-kept

Stylish hotel, I personally thought the staff was nice and helpful. It's a good place for business trips especially if you go to Fiera Milano, but keep in mind it's in the middle of nowhere and you depend on a shuttle bus that takes you to /from Fiera or the nearest metro station. BUT: if you travel in a busy period like Macef Fair for example, you have to book your place in the shuttle bus as much in advance as possible otherwise you'll be left to wait for hours until it's available again. Also implies little flexibility if you want to have a night out in Milan (unless you want to take the taxi - I haven't seen many of those). In conclusion - it's ok, but don't forget about booking the shuttle bus with at least a day in advance.

Room Tip: don't choose rooms on the ground floor, there's a lot of noise coming from the reception
