We did not even stay as guests, but booked a memorable evening meal, hosted by Fausto and his enthusiastic story telling and historical explanations. Sweet music from Clive and crew.

Such was our delight at the venue, that we returned at Fausto's insistence to use their tennis court and pool as non residents several days later. No monies changed hands in spite of our insistence otherwise.

A return for our final meal of the holiday was the least we could do or wish for.

Exceptional.

We arrived in Bracciano at 7pm with nothing booked....and were lucky enough to follow the signs to villa clementina. Everything was wonderful...the grounds, the staff, the accommodation and food. They didn't have shampoo and conditioner, but found some on my request. I would like to have stayed longer, but we will always stop here now as its only 45minutes at the most to fiumiccino airport, and it is one of Italy's treasures.

We spent our last night of a 10 day trip here and what a wonderful way to end.
The Villa gardens and pool are a quiet blissful oasis and incredibly relaxing.
Our room was gorgeous - very large, beautifully decorated (fresco's by the owner's son) and luxurious bedding, towels and robes etc.
We had booked a package that included 2 hours exclusive use of the little spa, with it's hot pool and saunas which was just blissful.
Dinner was amazing - the food was incredible

We really enjoyed our stay here

We went to Villa Clementina to celebrate my birthday and to escape the heat of Rome. The idea turned out to be fantastic because the Villa, only an hour away from the capital, is located on a hill touched by a light breeze. The most striking feature of this place is the park surrounding it. There are trees, Mediterranean bushes, flowers and copies of Roman statues everywhere, all gently declining towards the focal point of the park: the swimming pool. The park and the swimming pool are so stunning that we stayed outside to admire them even while it was raining.
The room was clean and comfortable, and had a big bathroom with grapefruit scented foam bath.
Not surprisingly, the people working there seem to enjoy, and are smiling, sociable and intelligent. They let us stay in the park even after having checked out, and offered us fruits, teas and coffees all through. The food at the restaurant is in line with the best Italian tradition and coupled with wine and quite enchanting stories.
The town of Bracciano, whose castle can be seen from the Villa, is a few kilometers away but, if you are coming by train, I suggest you call a taxi because getting there on foot is not advisable (the streets are not pedestrian friendly).
If you are very happy, this place can match, and reinforce, your inner state.

While hoping from city to city on our grand tour of Italy honeymoon we stayed here for 2 nights , we walked from the station with our bags (not advisable ) ring ahead and have a taxi waiting for you because when we arrived there weren't any around. With the heat and the bags and getting lost by the time we arrived I was near ready to cry, but with in 20 mins I was at peace even the rain and thunder could not stop me from totally relaxing it's just so beautiful here ,we dined just the 2 of us in the restaurant that night and the food was wonderful as was the service from George who made us feel at home .the next day we sat by pool and relaxed for the best part of the morning ,even took on the hubby in a game of bowls (which I almost won) only a train ride from Rome but another world . I couldn't recommend this place enough .

Room Tip: With only 7 rooms there all beautiful spaced out you would think you were the only guests

You will be welcomed with open arms at the beautiful piece of paradise. The Host is most welcoming and genuine. The villas are beautiful set amongst a beautiful and tranquil garden. The restaurant is superb, the food divine. The hotel is family run and the friendliness and warmth of the family is also evident in their staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Take the time to explore this property - it is magical. Parking is no problem as there is a secured parking area at the back of this property (near the pool). Also not far away is the town of Bracciano which is a delight to discover and you can get the train to Rome in approximately 45 minutes. I highly recommend this property and I very much look forward to one day returning.

Family run hotel. Very pleasant staff who were extremely helpful and went to a lot of trouble to provide advice on sights and local places to visit. Located in quiet residential area and surrounded by a pleasant garden. Design of each room very different and includes artwork rooms very artistic (see photos of our room). Very good food in the hotel restaurant: strongly recommend dining there. Has swimming pool with sun loungers (see photos) and tennis court. This is an interesting area of Italy to explore. The lake of Bracciano is a 5-minute drive away and the has an impressive castle which is open for guided tours. The Etruscan tombs at Cerveteri are about 20 minutes away and well worth a visit (UNESCO heritage site)
