A stop for lunch after arriving in Iceland and headed to Blue Lagoon. The lobster soup is everything promised. Lamb soup was good but not memorable. Free refill. Worth the hunt.

We ate here based on Rick Steve's travel book suggestion. We had lunch on the way from Blue Lagoon to Reykjavik. The service was FANATASTIC. The smoked salmom open faced sandwich was yummy but very small for the price. The 24 krona lobster soup was overpriced - it was watery with no traces of lobster at all. It tasted like salty water. The bread was fresh and delicious. Overall, soup is very pricey for the quality. I wouldn't return.

Not that easy to find down at the harbor—-and then climb upstairs to the third floor. The cafe is in a net making factory so a huge space with a little counter and options of three kinds of soup along with bread. Expensive, but delicious!

We stopped for a cup of coffee but ended up getting soups. We tried all three varieties and all very good. Must try if you are enroute to Blue lagoon!

They have some great soups on the menu - salmon, lobster etc. There is a vegan soup as well. The staff is super friendly.
