I stayed here for two nights. The room was clean, the property was in good condition. Free parking, free breakfast and free wifi made it a good value. My room had two beds (comfortable), mini fridge. The bathroom also had an extra sink in the hall making it easier for two people to get ready. Free breakfast was decent...eggs, sausage, waffles, toast, pastries, cereal, etc. They also have a little snack area to buy items. There is a Mexican restaurant within walking distance. I swam in the pool, and it was clean. The staff was very friendly! I purchased my room via Hotwire, but the special rates they had online were just about as good of a deal. For the money, it is a clean, comfortable room with free parking, free wifi and free breakfast to make it a good value.

This is a great hotel for State Fair or for teams. Nice pool and attached outdoor area with tables. Free breakfast. Rooms are basic but sufficient. Price is good. Nice alternative if you are going to an event at the hotel across the street but their rooms are too expensive. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

This is one of the closest hotels to the fairgrounds which is why we chose it. It's a clean, decent hotel, but nothing spectacular. The usual fair for breakfast; waffles, eggs, biscuits, cereal, yogurt, etc. We had two rooms reserved for five days. They initially had us booked into rooms on different floors at opposite ends of the hotel but eventually got it straightened out. Who wants rooms as far apart as they could possibly put them? Oh well, it all worked. It's a decent value and the right location, so I'd stay there again.

First the 800 number gal screwed up our reservation. Then the staff (MEN) at the hotel refused to cooperate with the error. After re-reserving our rooms online at a higher rate, the hotel staff became rude when we asked that they honor the original price. THEN the gal at checkout told us that "if we had called the hotel to reserve, they could have honored the lower rate". REALLY!? We tried that! Otherwise the hotel was typical of any other decent hotel.
