We ordered a pizza from Domino's online. It was to be delivered to us at our hotel. Estimated time was about 45 minutes. After 60 minutes we called and were told it was on the way. At 90 minutes we were told there had been a mix up but the pizza was on the way. At 150 minutes when we called to say never mind they admitted no pizza had ever been made for us. Our charge card was charged however. The next day we called and did talk to a district manager who offered us free food and said the charge would be removed from the card. We were gone from Springfield (thank God) so could not take advantage of the food offer but at least it was made.
