We keep returning, so it must be good!

This is a small hotel with a big welcome and lovely, helpful and friendly staff. Immaculately clean and very spacious for it's limited guests who tend to be couples in the main.

So well placed, only a couple of minutes walk to the centre of Sissi yet close to the scenic mountainous backdrop. It's a peaceful location and if you're looking for relaxation you will certainly get it here. The best beaches are also very close by; Bufos beach being the closest and only a 5 minute walk to its waters edge. This is a stoney beach and does not offer the best swimming conditions but plenty of sun beds. However, if you don't mind a short climb over rocks, there is a beautiful sandy crescent a further 5 minutes away, perfect for paddling, swimming and sun bathing.

The rooms are arranged in 3 units; the main hotel and 2 separate blocks to the rear. To be perfectly honest, I don't think anyone could fault any room or its position. The rooms are all individually dressed with a contemporary feel; lots of dark wood, beautiful lamps and a chaise lounge or sofa. There's plenty of space and we have always opted for a queen sized bed over the twin bed option; an unusual option in Greece! The bathrooms are large too having a bath with a good shower over and there's never been a shortage of hot water. Sheets and towels are changed every other day. Each room has its own private balcony with sliding glass door and a louvre door outside to keep out the heat of the day. There is plenty of wardrobe space, a mini bar, safe and air conditioning.

The good thing about this hotel is there's only 35 rooms but plenty of communal space which means there's always room around the more than adequate good sized pool and plenty of sunbeds too. If you prefer, there's another pool around the side of the hotel offering a more private experience, overlooking the perfectly manicured garden.

We always upgrade at a an exceptionally good price to half board. The dining room is well set out with folded glass doors which are opened to the outside seating area, giving you a choice of eating in the restaurant or 'al fresco' if you prefer. The same contemporary furnishings make this a place you want to linger over your meal. There is a fantastic array of choice for breakfast and a good selection for dinner, both of which are self service. It states when booking there's a dress code for the evening (no shorts or t-shirts) which some guests fail to follow; it would make the experience so much nicer if everyone was reminded and adhered to this.

The bar is open 24 hours and you can order a nice lunch here. There is indoor and outdoor seating around two sides of this bar.

It is worth mentioning that this hotel offers self catering facilities across the road and guests have full use of the pool, bar and restaurant. Whilst we have always had a quiet and peaceful experience, we have only visited in the months of June and September; it may not be as quite during the main holiday period.

We had a wonderful time, cannot compliment the staff enough, even under duress from a very bad mannered guest, they were wonderful. Rooms look exactly like the photos and were lovely.
Found the bar a bit pricey compared to down town.
We were half board and my one complaint would be that at breakfast you get tea/coffee/orange juice, but at dinner you have to pay for even a bottle of water. I think this is mean tea/coffee/juice at dinner should really be included.

Room Tip: The main part of the hotel is better, but none of it is awful

My wife and I stayed here in mid-May, as part of our 2-week holiday. The plan was to spend one week here, and then move on somewhere else for the 2nd week. However, we enjoyed our stay so much, we decided to stay on for the 2nd week!

On the first week, we had booked one of the three rooms that share a private pool. The room was comfortable, spacious and the decor was superb. We were really happy with the room, but to me it felt a little enclosed and away from the sunshine (2 floors above you in an enclosed courtyard). Not a complaint, as such, as it keep things cool! The walls were a little on the thin side, as we could hearing snoring from next door.

On the second week, we had a second floor room which was excellent. Again, it was clean and with very high class furnishings. This room was exceptionally well insulated, and we heard nothing from the rooms next door at all (either that or we were next door to a pair of doormice who crept about). This room had a nice sized balcony, overlooking the pool(s).

We were on a Bed and Breakfast rate, so we did to sample the evening meals. The breakfast was excellent (try the Greek Yoghurt with some honey!). Personally, we would prefer to go out wandering in the evening, and Sissi does have a quite a few Tavernas to offer.

Overall, a great hotel. It was quiet, the staff were friendly and helpful, the price was good and, being 5-minute walk from the centre of Sissi, ideally located.

Would definitely recommend.

Room Tip: Ask for a quiet room and see if you get the super-sound-insulated rooms if you want some peace!

We have just returned after 12 days here and really enjoyed our time. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We were in the new part and the rooms were spotless and more than adequate for what we needed. Breakfast was included and although it was the same each day there was more than enough choice so no complaints. There was always enough sunbeds available and it is a very quiet and relaxing around the pool.

Just a few letdowns none of which spoiled our stay but if they were changed I would then give it 5 star.

The one major downfall is the charge for Wifi, 30 euros for 24 hours usage. Its an unnecessary charge and you can just walk to the numerous bars on the harbour where it is free and you can enjoy a drink/meal. As there was four of us in the party if it had been free we would have spent more time and money at the Hotel.

Invest and get some comfier sunbeds they were just adequate and some in need of repair and also sort out the water temperature as it was warm/tepid for showering each day.

As said only minor things and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to others

Hotel was clean and beautiful, the staff where friendly and warm especially with my kids.
The food was good and had deffinately improved since my last stay, lot of traditional greek fare to choose from. To the individual who stated the evening meal was sole destroying, dude you must have a fragile sole.

This is a lovely, well run, well located hotel which offers very good value for money. It has a lovely pool area and the rooms are very nice and well laid out. The staff are pleasant and helpful.
It is on the edge of Sisi / Sissi which is a vey pretty, atmospheric village. It is probably worth emailing in advance to ensure you are in the "Deluxe" part. References to "luxury" etc can cause confusion as can be seen from other reviews.
