We didnt fancy eating down in the harbour every night so we went and found the Edem, which is just at the end of town, towards Malia side, next door to the pottery shop.
What a find, the food is fantastic but you need a good appetite, massive portions.
You get the normal free bread to start, followed by a main course and we had a soft drink each, followed by a free large plate of water mellon and honeydew mellon, along with a seperate large plate with a massive dollop of ice cream and cake.
Fell off my chair when the bill was less than 18 euros for 2 meals.
Soon got back on my chair and returned 4 other times.
Lovely owners and all freshly made, including veg from their own garden, so much so that if you go too late in the evening they have often run of certain meals.
