Very nice place to stay. Shuttle service within 5 miles which made it VERY convenient (particularly for elderly family members who shuttled to the Old Marketplace while us younger folk walked). Any issues with accommodations quickly resolved. GREAT 'evening reception' and very good breakfast.

Hard to fault this place. We booked a suite so probably had a slightly larger room. From checkin to checkout we enjoyed. Greeted with a warm smile, given advice about the hotel and some recommendations. Room was faultless. We were only in Omaha for a day so the walk to the Market and Durham Museum was easily doable. Nice feature is the free courtesy car which takes you within 3 miles. That gives you good range. The free wine/beer bar was nice. Met a guy who we sprang up a conversation with and ended up having dinner with. Free Buffet breakfast but be aware it closes 9:00 sharp. A great stay for couples, business people yet "cool" enough for the younger folk.

Service was awesome, however retrofitted building had few drawbacks: Shower stall was 8-10 off the floor making it difficult for older mom traveling with me. The bathroom did not have a hinged door, but a poor fitting sliding door offering little privacy. No free parking in downtown location. Saw holiday weekend hotel guests rolling their luggage down the streets after check out. Hotel was booked with weddings, showers and anniversaries. Great venue for these but overall, suitable for younger upscale crowd, not older guests or families. However, again the service was exceptional!!

Room Tip: Top floor.

Reasonably priced for this type of hotel. Staff was very friendly. Walking distance from market which had lots of neat restaurants and shops. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. The wine/beer for happy hour was fun plus it was served in a large room to enjoy. Breakfast had something for people with all different types of taste.

Great location, wonderful staff and beautiful accommodations! Two pleasant surprises were the bar and outdoor courtyard. We would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a unique and memorable hotel experience!

The Magnolia was wonderful! Our family of 5 (one newborn) traveled to the Omaha location and couldn't have been happier. Breakfast was busy, due to several events and the holiday weekend, but the buffet we maintained and the food was hot. The cookie service at night was a welcome treat to my children. They were also very accommodating when we needed a microwave (which wasn't standard in our room) they brought one up to our room for use overnight. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and I can't say enough good things!

The hotel was was very nice, staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the free wine & beer and the free breakfast. Within walking distance of the Old Market area. Our room was clean and comfortable. Valet parking was a value, not having to worry about my car and having it at the front door when needed.

We would stay here again. I would get a room on the courtyard next stay. The courtyard was beautiful.

Room Tip: For just a little extra you can have a Queen suite on the courtyard. But check to see see what they...
