Just had the Pesto Chicken Quinoa Bowl at First Watch. Outstanding! How many times do you write down the ingredients of something you ate? The combination of perfect quinoa, roasted tomatoes, tender lemon chicken with an outstanding green basil pesto sauce, kale and some other yummy tastes. This was one of my 10 best meals in Omaha in the last 10 years!
I'm also the guy that my friends would say never eats healthy. I'm a practicing member of the Omaha Burger Club, have never found a carb I didn't like, and somehow have good cholesterol despite too much volume and too much grease. This was an very, very, very tasty healthy meal!!!
