It's not fancy, it's in a neighborhood somewhat rough, and you have to take time to find it on one-way streets, but if you like great portions of just good food, it's worth the effort. I wouldn't call it excellent food, but good, especially the breakfast offerings. Been there a couple of times and will go back if traveling through. Price is very reasonable. But don't go if you are expecting 4-5 star ratings. 11-Worth Cafe is a neighborhood restaurant that is what many American cafes used to offer.
