I guess we didn't meet "the owner". There were just a couple of the nicest young adults working there (Thursday evening) who were pleasant, courteous and helpful. Our food was prepared quickly. The menu is just a cut above fast food, served on real plates, and just slightly higher than fast food. They have sandwiches, pasta dishes, southwestern, and just a few other items. I had a chicken enchilada for $6.95 which came with rice and coleslaw. It was a perfect serving size, hot and very good tasting. My wife had a pesto shrimp pasta dish which was equally as good (I love shrimp). We were in and out in less than 30 minutes.
