A table on the terrace lakeside, fabulous fresh fish, very good chilled local white wine and a view to the Swiss mountains across the lake - it doesn't get much better.
We asked for frites rather than boiled potatoes and this was not a problem. Very nice mixed salad served before the main course.
Service was generally good though we waited quite a long time after we'd finished our main courses and then had to flag a waitress down to ask for a dessert menu. When this didn't arrive we picked one up ourselves - the waitress arrived shortly afterwards!
Very good cherries, vanilla ice cream and waffles dessert.
