We weren't planning to have a lunch like this but it was getting late and it didn't look likely we would find an alternative restaurant.
We had the €62 menu which was a culinary journey. An amuse bouche of a silky celery soup was memorable. The highlight was the main course of Halibut which was perfectly cooked, beautifully moist all through. The cheese board was also exceptional and the deserts were a model of presentation. Overall the food was of a very high quality.
Service was slick and polished without any great heart.
The view from the dining which is right on the river Rhone was wonderful.
