This charming restaurant/hotel is located over a running stream and butts onto a church (Notre Dame des Anges). We had a very nice dinner here, sitting outside, and selected the menu Lavoir.
The best dish in my opinion was the "FLEUR DE COURGETTE FARCIE ET TRUFFE D'ÉTÉ, Risotto de Petit Epeautre", which was crispy and light with a perfect balance of truffle flavours. The "FILET DE CANETTE ET FIGUES RÔTIES, Sa Cuisse en Parmentière et Ratatouille" was tasty but not remarkable. I also tried the "SAINT JACQUES SNACKÉES, Peignée à l'Encre de Seiche,Vinaigrette de Kumquat, Chorizo et Cacahuète" which was rich and too salty for my taste. "LES CHOUX EN ECLAIR, Abricot en Texture,Ganache de Chocolat Noir et son Sorbet"
was a beautiful rich chocolate flavour with a light Chou pastry. Finally, the FROMAGES Ardoise de Fromages Affinés were very good.
Overall it was a very nice meal, albeit not extraordinary, in a very nice location with friendly and professional service. The costs for 4 of the menu Lavoir and drinks came to EUR300
