They delivered what was promised, from on-time hotel pick-up, specially prepared aircraft with large windows and tour guides that were helpful if needed.
This was my second visit to Grand Canyon which is one of the most wonderful sites in the world.
There is a nice walk on the Canyon but be prepared with comfortable walking shoes and good sunscreen.

The day we went it was very cold and it actually snowed in the Grand Canyon - unbelievable!! The flight was a bit bumpy, but the views were stunning and we enjoyed the narration of the trip through the earphones. We were met by Alan and he took us to Angel Lodge where had enough time to take a short hike down into the canyon where the views are gorgeous. I would have liked more time at the canyon itself - however - it was very cold, so it worked out OK. We had a delicious boxed lunch. The flight back was very poor visibility because of the weather - just our bad luck, but that in itself was quite the experience. All in all - a very worthwhile adventure and a trip of a life time for sure. Would recommend it.

We purchased the Canyon River Adventure from Grand Canyon Airlines. This tour was worth every penny. What a great time to spend with family. The tour started at the Grand Canyon airport bright and early in the morning. We were given boxed breakfast which included that morning - yogurt, juice, string cheese, fruit cup, granola snacks, and muffin. We then boarded a small plane which flew us for an hour over the Grand Canyon into Page, AZ. Spectacular views of canyon and Lake Powell. Landed in Page, AZ where we had a chance for bathroom breaks before we were picked up and taken by truck (two benches in the back of a pick-up facing out to see the view, behind plastic to help with the wind and sand from getting in your face) to Upper Antelope Canyon for a tour. Tour guide helped us set-up our cameras to get the best pictures of the canyon. Gorgeous canyon and views. Last leg of the trip we were dropped off at Colorado River Tour Company - here you had a chance to use the restrooms and get drinks. Then we boarded a bus and were taken to Glen Canyon Dam to board pontoon boats to drift 15 river miles through Glen Canyon. We were given lunch sacs on the bus which we could eat on the boat or on the 30 minute break we had on a beach. Restrooms were available on this stop as well. Lunch included: Turkey sandwich w/ cheese, tomato, and lettuce on whole grain bread, included mayo and mustard packets, bag of chips, an apple, trail mix, and cookies. Cans of lemonade were provided half way through the trip and a big container with water was on the boat to get cups of water or to refill water bottles if you had one. Boat landed at Lees Ferry where we were picked up by a bus and taken in comfort back to the Grand Canyon. Great way to spend the day and would highly recommend this tour!

So the tour we did was called the Grand Voyager Expedition with the Skywalk option. So worth it!!!!!!! =]

Took my parents and younger brother to the West Rim a few days ago, since they've seen the South Rim already. The West Rim is where the Indian reservation is so they are the ones that own the land, unlike the South Rim (owned by the goverment: National Park).

Transportation is complementary! Which was perfect for my parents who were staying at the Aria. They were picked up on time, and I met them at the terminal in Boulder City, which is like 25 minutes from the Strip. Easy and simple enough!

When we got to the terminal, we had to be weighed in (since seating is allocated due to weight and balancing of the aircrafts). Andrea at the check in counter was awesome and answered all of my parent's questions and put their minds at ease. Like 25 minutes later I think we began boarding and flew over Hoover Dam, Boulder City, Lake Mead, Colorado River, and finally the West Rim of the Grand Canyon. Awesome flight! Already took so many pictures!

Anyways, we landed, then we were guided towards the helicopter that took us to the bottom of the canyon and hopped on a smooth water boat ride up the Colorado River and floated back down. Very sweet views, completely different from the view from the top! Definitely try and go to the bottom!

We got in the helicopter and went back to the top of the canyon and hopped on the bus that took us first to Eagle Point, where the Skywalk is. Incredible! There are no guard rails or anything so you can literally stand on the edge and look 4,000+ feet down to the bottom! We then did the Skywalk which was exhilarating! Walking on clear glass and looking straight down was a thrill. On the bus now, which took us to Guano Point. Guano Point is incredible as well, since you can hike up some rocks to get to the top and you have an unparalleled 360 degree view of the canyon and the Colorado River around/below you. We had lunch here as well, which was included and was good! Alot of birds in this area too.

After we were done, we got back on the bus and it took us back to the airport terminal where we relaxed in the lobby til our flight back to Boulder City was ready!

Got home safely (obviously if I'm writing this) and almost maxed out my iPhone with pictures! Overall, a fantastic day, and my parents and brother enjoyed it immensely.

Everything was organized very well, and not once did I feel rushed at the viewpoints! Perfect amount of time. Thank you guys, we all loved it! We will be back again in the future!

We enjoyed 2 trip with Papillon - we chose the plane option rather than the helicopter and while it may not have been as scenic, it was still great. On the ground we took the hop on and off bus to 2 different locations that were also very good.

The shuttle bus pickup was on time and very efficient.

Overall Id certainly recommend this company
