This huge architectural achievement is in the background of another one nearby - the Hoover Dam. For all practical purposes, can't see one without the other. But that is very cool because they are both well worth visiting. Go to the Dam. Go to the Bridge.

This was a nice visit to what feels like an extension of the Hoover Dam. It’s an amazing viewpoint. A walk over this bridge is not only stunning but a beautiful tribute to a hero!

Another stop before walking through the dam itself. Parking is easy and free. Walk up some stairs or switchbacks. Historic Information is provided if you want to read. Pretty cool perspective, when walking the bridge/highway. Walk across state lines and time zones. The bridge gives an amazing view of the totality of this engineering marvel! It’s impressive and breathtaking.

And of course great photo opportunity! Really would recommend this stop. It won’t take long.

If you get the chance, you need to go. We loved our time there. Just don't think that there is enough to fill a while day. We were in and out in 2-3 hours.

It was a good climb to the bridge. Did not get a chance to walk all the way across but that’s ok because the bridge can actually sway. I didn’t realize how high it was until we went to the dam. It is an awesome tribute to two fine men.
